which the photographs were bigger, without clicking enlarge, but...
slightly rough around the edges too, think your typography could do with a bit of attention

thanks. I know some of the bitmaps are rough, those are placeholders. If you can make any typography suggestions I am all ears... I spend so much time polishing code that I am happy when the words show up on the screen.

I just thing the pixel font your using is one of the worse ones...
especially for your tabs...
same goes for your rollovers...
and calling photos brazil.jpg...

don't use pixel fonts full stop, they should be used for copyright notices or text you don't want to see.

I am not crazy about those cut-out portraits that go with every section

all the data is placeholder data fromt he XML. So any of the text is just crap to test the application.
The problem with non-pixel fonts in flash is that they look like ass. I am not sure what a good compromise is.

real nice.. i just don't like the way pictures are shown.. on top of the rest.. it doesnt bring them out, make them stand out ..
i'll open them under or in a speciifce area with a plain background around ..
apart from that the navigation is cool, a classic but nicely done
