quick, serious question...
why is it called cell shading?quick, not so serious question...
why are limited edition things called "one-offs" instead of "one-ofs" as in "one of" a kind?I am not making a joke. I just would like to know.
Thanks.

Cell shading is an old prison them to describe the shadow that is cast by Mr big, as he stands at the entrance to your cell, tossing up in his brain which way he is going to bugger you tonight.
"One-off" is the opposite of a production line. So rather than 100 coming "off" the machine, only one comes off the machine. Obviously with set-up, etc..one-off refers to the opposite of a mechanised factory output of hundreds of products.
Make sense? It doesn't to me.

I never thought I would be typing these words, but...
"Thank you Mr. T. that makes sense to me now."I don't think I will be doing any cell-shading in the future though... that is a production technique I would rather not know how to do.
