best compressor

    Hi guys. I have this video I got to do for an event and I´m, editing it in AE and premiere. It´s going to be shown in a projector and I´m wondering which one is the best compressor for rendering the movie in premiere. I´m trying now with cinepak which I heard is good. The file size becomes quite managable but I´m not so sure about the quality.
    Any suggestions?
