Has anyone had a message from NT AUTHORITY/SYTEM pop up and shut your machine down after 50 seconds or so? any ideas how to fix it?

I fixed it easily cause I have a firewall, but my parents don't and they're on a modem (plus they're kind of slow when it comes to computers), so they don't have time to download the fix before the system shuts down... It says: "Billy Gates /.../ stop making money and fix your software"

there arent enough peeps with macs to make any of these virus kids make one for them. They are looking to infect the most people they can at one time.
