Okay guys...I'm having cross browser problems. I'm trying to build this layout using CSS and XHTML 1.0 but I've ran into problems. Camino and Safari both display what I want under OS X, however shitty old IE, of course, does not. I have no idea what it looks like on PC yet as I haven't had the chance to test. Take a look and offer helpful coments, pleeease.
