i need an app that will do 2 things:
1) record the amount of key strokes i make in day
2) record everything that i type in a day.
something that writes everything to a log file or something like that...
any ideas?

They both exist... file change-tracking programs for file recovery, and keystroke logging, to do with avoiding repetitive strain injury... (Google 'em)
But what is your goal here?

goal:
i'm curious to see how much i type...i mean i know how many hours, etc...i'm just curious about key strokes...
and the log...i rarely use history or functions like that...but would like to have one master log that i can keep in case i need to look back and search for something rather than searching through 15 different appz...
and i'd like to spy on myself...so when the 20 hour days hit and i'm drunker than a skunk i can still find all that sweet shit i did when i was sober.
thanks all...didn't know what to search in googler.

you can record keystrokes in Illustrator.
(mac) Hold - command, option, control at the same time then click the current tool menu at the very bottom of your current project and whammo! a bunch of alternative menu options.
My favorite are the eye balls.
