When I went there in '99 I met a lot of people who got mugged there.

muggings are common, but not as common as they used to be. DeKalb Street is one of my favorite hang outs. Dodgy and I like it that way. Same with parts of Queens for that matter.

its funny to think places like williamsburg and greenpoint 5 years ago were filled with hycidic jews and polish people paying less then 500 dollars a month in rent now then the whiteys moved in and now pay quadrouple the rent and have forced the natives out. if i were them id be so mad id mug someone
