it's random. almost sounds like the rollover sounds on newstoday. so, what is it?

Hell man, you can make your own sounds, I post tons of those you want the ones I have? Let me know and I will blast them here. That sound can be from anything, but I doubt you will find it it's probably custom designed.

on a serious note, i thought i've heard that sound sporadically too. i always thought it was some weird combination of being connected to reinvigorate and newstoday that caused it. kind of like a hit on the traffic monitor there. dunno though. it may just be my imagination...
