What is that site???

  I feel like a retard. Pardon the generic description of what I am looking for. It has a mostly blue layout, with a couple columns for content like newstoday, but has links to all kinds of design studios and personal sites from all over. Apparently I have forgotten how to use a pen and paper let alone a favorites button.
