I've been all over the world, and there's no place I'd rather live than the United States.

It's a shame, things that have happened in recent history - but tell me one society that ever came to be the dominant force in any time period - in a peaceful manner.

Doug&Johnny are lucky in that they live in a place where we can bite the hand that feeds. They do it poorly though, on pretty shirts, with misspelled words, and poorly written copy. They undoubtedly will profit from their efforts. That's what makes the US so excellent. Good for them.

I also want to point out that Doug, who works at Chiat Day on clients such as Kenneth Cole, KMart, Pfizer, and Absolut Vodka makes his living from the corporate "monsters" that his shirts speak against.

I didn't bother with Johnny, but you get the point.

Those shirts were designed to provoke, so rather than blindly follow their example, I figured I'd toss out a different viewpoint.

    Cheers.
