How do I send HTML email with Outlook Express?
Note: I'm using Mac OS 9.

i have not yet found a way to send from outlook successfully. short answer is that it doesnt understand html correctly in express ona mac.
solution: log on to your ISP's web based email and send from there. it automatically encodes the email to read as html.
