Why does the menu lay underneath the main text?

Layer depth? You mean z-index? Because the z-index of the menu is 2 with the text is 1. The menu should be on top but it isn't. Maybe I misunderstood you.
Please elaborate.

If you took a look in the code, you'd see I already did that(z-index:2 business), qburt the first time I posted. I didn't think my first subject line was getting any attention so I re-posted. No need to be steamed. I just want a little help. Is that so wrong? Don't answer that...Please just help.
