Did you watch the final show last night? Ralphie May got robbed, Dat Phan wasn't half as funny or smart as he was.
And look at Dat Phan last night, new hairstyle, different clothes, one of the oh so trendy leather wrist straps, when in the shows before he looked like he was wearing lame shiny tennis gear, cheapo look.
I was super upset at the outcome.

i tuned into that show for a couple minutes last night. first time i'd seen it. what pissed me off was how all the comedians would excessively laugh at things that weren't that funny, as if there were some sort of higher meaning that only comedians could understand.

I told my GF before the show even started that Ralphie was going to win the finals. I'd seen him once on Jimmy Kimmel and he was hilarious.
Especially his bits about races, then ending with saying, "But it's always okay to make fun of fat people."
See, now that was smart. His routine he did last night was all about that, it was funny, and it made you think.
All Dat Phan did was make jokes about his Mom and Vietnam, and they weren't even funny. Felt like I'd heard all that before.

Shit man, Ralphy May is one of the best comics I have ever witnessed on screen. He was robbed. Dat was funny the fisrt couple times, but fuck, he comes back with the same old shit every fucking time..

and I HATE the way that Jay Mohr prounounced everyone's names, all emphasized syllables, or saying one syllable alot longer than it should.

He's a true psycho about that mom ish. Every bit ends up with him saying "dat phan" in his moms voice! That's psycho!
Plus, did anyone see the episode where they show him psyching himself up for his act? He has an imaginary conversation between his mom and himself...weeeeeeeeird!

dat's material was a little overused, but at least he was doing something new.
Ralphie's material was so played out, it sounded like a lame routine from BET.
Plus he wasn't funny at all when he started preaching and whining about things, plus his pro-war redneck stance from last week probably cost him the win.

I love how they showed the unseen parts, when they played hide and seek, and Dat Phan hid for over 45 minutes. that was awesome.
and he comes back in and says, "I'm never playing hide and seek with you guys again."
but in a sincere way like he expected it to be a common thing.
