Ok, I just made this extremely simple website for my brother. The top frame is Flash, the rest is HTML. It looks good in my browser, but I need you all to tell me how it looks in your browsers. Thanks in advance.

looks fine in IE6 win2K...a little er...sparse...why did the do the menu in flash when simple html or graphics would have done the rick jsut as nicely?

Run ie6 on winxp with myie2 and well, you don't have that thing setup resolution independent. On a higher res, the menu and top frame stuffs all in the top left and the table with the form isall in the center, it looks awful mate, and I agree flash is impractical there....

I agree with that too, but I don't know how to make that in HTML...
I'm just getting started and Flash seemed fast and easy

He got it done fast and easy. For free. Who cares how it looks.

See you can't do a mouseover menu in html, and just last night you were asking us about a quote for some site you're planning on doing, and you were bidding 500 bucks...... argh. Learn your media before you sell it mate, just advice, not hating on you, and not attacking style, as obviously that hasn't developed yet.... keep learning, reading, etc......

You guys get out of hand with all this bitching about how everyone is wrong and they should do things your way. Get over it. If you get paid shit for a job, are you going to do a good job? You know what, according to the $8 per hour thread, you guys wouldn't. But who cares?

did I ever claim it was intruiging, exciting, or had any style or class? Of course not, it sucks. He wanted it done soon, so I did it in an hour. I did what he wanted and he thinks it'll do what he wants it to, so just respond on what I asked or don't respond.
