Near my house nr. Epping.
I used to play when i was about 10... and got back into it... but was a bit hit and miss... so was good for someone to tell me what was going wrong...
Such as bring my head up to early, and being too flat footed, and not being more on my toes.

Been playing golf since I was 11. Play just about once a week. Played yesterday, 80.

yo king. i've been playing since i could walk. in the summer my grandparents would take me for the day to the course while my folks worked and they would teach me the game.
i had my own set of sawed off clubs. they'd let me hit when i got close enough to the green.
been in love with the game ever since.
just got a new driver btw... callaway c4. it's unreal.

i went to a sporting goods store the other day and took a look at some of the clubs they're selling to people. seriously...you might as well just use a tennis racket. don't kid yourself. the club heads are huge - its rediculous.

Anyone anal about back spin? I'd prefer to hit it it 10 yards past the pin and then screw it right back off the green rather than putting it stone dead.

Yeah I picked it up about a year ago. Never probably would have been interested if I hadn't gotten a job at a golf company. It is fun when you beat your father-in-law and he has been playing for years though. Hee hee.
