probably isn't that new but I've been away for 2 and a half weeks so it's new to me!
And I don't like it. Never liked their stuff either - but this site is jsut too much...which means it's probably perfect for their target market.

i really don't dig that new site..
the last one was so good.. witt he map and the wicked pictures..

a mish mash of trashy, cheap and outdated imagery (maybe fitting to the high street type I guess), Maybe with such a big site it is a good idea to have this 'mixed up' kind of feel as then bits can be updated with new sections using current trends without upsetting the balance but I just feel that the site looks all over the place and a lot of the 'stylised' graphics just look poorly executed and sloppy.

EHS Brann
Farringdon company - other designer here used to work there and knows the girl who did it....

the next year big fashion influence is meant to be : trash, punk, hookers and anything around it..
a good friend of mine works as a fashion designer in paris.. she says the punk is back big time : nails, quilts, etc etc

punk rock is not a fashion! bloody fashion people...actually that's a lie cos that's totally how punk started out...but it still fucks me off to see high street tack like TOPSHOP with their 'Punk Rock' tshirts and shit like that...wankers....

kinda funny how the fashion industry seems to be quite a ways behind what's going on in the underground scenes.

thats because the underground dont buy all the shit on the high street. Its all about the 80%.

Not really, every new styles you see in the stores have been designed 1-1.5 years ago.

I like to dress like the staff at the underground. It makes me officially 'underground'.
- unknown0
haha yeah me too madison - it means I can patronise, insult, ignore, swear at and generally act like a cunt to whoever I want and people think its perfectly normal!!

actually a lot of the new styles you see in stores, has been worn and around way before 1-1.5 yrs ago. before it became mainstream or 'high fashion.'
- unknown0
98% of people base their styles on what they see in the stores.
