What is the best way to get someones ip and info from an email? Someone sent an email, I want to know who they are? Is there a way?

Your email program should have a 'show all headers' setting... If you switch it on, the email header will show something like this:
Received: from conan.f2.com.au (conan.f2.com.au [203.26.177.24])
by imta04.mta.everyone.net (Postfix) with ESMTP id 2D3E065

if you're using outlook, just right-click on the message in your inbox and hit .options.

or..open the email and go to view/options

if you're on a PC then you can get some info on the e-mail by checking it's "properties" and going to the "Detials" tab.
