I smoked for 11 years and is now totally smokefree... havent smoked a ciggarette in over 4 months and it is the most real thing I have done in my life. It is a war in my body and mind. Every day i say no to it... i guess i alwaays will be a quiter after this, always will feel that thing... But damn does it feel great or what!!!!??? :) Quit, be strong and feel great! Everything taste so much better

Remember, you Will go nuts, i mean you know if you tried before, i eat apples like crasy, even after 4 months, it is sooo oral, we should all get our own pacifier. And remember! There is nothing called partysmoking... tar is tar and it will make your life shorter. Stay free!

I quit 6 months a go and it´s great...
Now i can run following my daughter and no coughs my lungs making it...
6 months Before i smoke 1 or 2 packs of Amerrican Winston a day...
Now i´m more healthy and rich person (saving a lot of money no smoking guy...)
NO DUDE.
And the basque food tastes Fantastic taste now...

haven't had a smoke in [brag] 16 years [/brag]. I kept on getting colds, one day I got a cold, quit and never smoked again. After those last three, stay away from the first one, Never do the "I'll just have one" thing. That's what'll get ya. You will prob. lose your mind for six weeks. Just keep saying to yourself, "its all because I'm not smoking" (I kept on forgetting and thought I was going nuts)

u need 4 cigs during 3 days to get u addicted to it..
after 1 week your not under the influence of nicotine anymore : it's purely psychological
after 6 month ur veins and blood system is having a re youthafter 10 years of non smokings , ur lungs , heart are almost completely recovered..

they reckon that you have to stop smoking before you're thirty for complete 10year recovery to occur.
that gives me one year to give up and I was so close a couple of months ago, and then something bad happened :(

Everyone should smoke, it makes you a nicer person. Its true though, people who smoke are generally cooler more chilled out people.....sort of.

rasko, same for me, I gave up for 6 months then when the shit hit the fan, my Dad died, the fags became my best friend again.
