how do you play different movies in one screen, like the following video? Thx in advance!

Have you got after effects? Because it's a easy peasy in that.

I don't know about premiere but you could do that with masking in Aftereffects.

OK well just import the videos into After effects, drag them into your timeline or window, resize and position them. You animate them the same way you would animate images/type (keyframe the start position, move the pointer along the timeline, move your clip and it will automatically keyframe the new position). Play around with masking until you get the desired effect.

It's not that bad in premiere. I'm not a big fan of AE 5.5 for some reason. It's a great product but exporting anything makes shit quality IMO and I just don't like the layout the same (yes I'm an asshole).
Anyway, you can resize movies you import in Premiere. Just resize them on multiple layers on a black backdrop.
Easy shit.
