Some of your random colours mean you can't read the text... which is too small anyway...
This site almost seems to be going backwards, rather than developing... I think you need to take a look at it, and be quite brutal... and change what just ain't working..Sorry!

text on bottom left even smaller.
tooltip text small too.
don't see the screenshots buttons etc... and the images are annoying overlapped, not obivios that you can move em around... could perhaps bring em to the front when you roll over them, and then click to drag them... would help to show they are active...
Here is a test I did back ages ago... by no means perfect, but might give an idea how you can make it feel more maliable...

menus are too small : yes the font is too smalll and it's a pain to use the menus.. but the layout and colors are great..

tha main problem is the font size (nav, tooltip, etc.). i'll fix it, and yes, change the z-sorting on rollover could help. for the contact information popup is true, i have enough space. but the idea is to have (via localConnection) the chance to load any swf in the iframe, above the current swf... thought the popup explained better the idea.. boh. thank you. i'll made a flight with the heli, and i'll think on it
