does anyone else think newstoday should have a definative job posting board

great im now seeing the true colors of this post board
if anyone posts there design samples you always say they suck no matter what and with no further explanation then just "it sucks" or "i could do better"
then when it comes to helping other people out with a job board its "no" and "i have one already"

maybe NT could use the jobboard to educate others about taking extremely low paying jobs and how that hurts all designers
but no lets all just post our random mondanie chuckle crap as per usual

if you are serious about it, i'd say several NT members should collaborate and create a site specifically for this. they make a formal request to be sponsored by NT for publicity and maybe also seek sponsorship through MT for hosting.

and i know how hard i is to find a job hereim talking about a separate section in this site exclusively for job postings

i've hired people i've seen/met here. and have been hired for things thanks to NT.
so in a way ... NT is a job board without all the clutter and fluff that a job bored normally generates.

this one already exists...and its pretty to boot!
nt is more personal than a job board...yet it still allows for such posts...if jobs are exclusively what you are looking for then go to coroflot or other such sites...no clutter there

Remember the reaction that bloke got that no one knew who was looking for a web designer for 100 bucks (at least apparently) he got slaughered on here. It's all a question of trust
