Nice site, but why the pop up window? it's not necessary. Not sure about the nav, it needs some work. The over state looks odd. Don't like the white. Love the hand writing on the ripped up paper, you should play on that element more. It's certainly more interesting.
The image of the file looks bad compared to the paper. Either scan in a real folder or get rid of it.

splash/launch page:
looks interesting, although I have no idea what this site is all about. the design is a little 'generic' (i think i've seen about 50 sites that have a real similar look and feel)pop-up/home page:
why is this a pop up, and why am i looking at another splash page? I thought i just 'entered' the site, but apparently I'll need to click something else because, again, there's hardly any content and no design examples on this page. this page is a tiny bit helpful, because it says something about being a personal site... yet, I'm also confused - "click the text ABOVE to explore" - the text directly above says "welcome to ..." and nothing happens when I click on it.Profile page: you look cute, but that weird flasy scroll bar is too hard to use, so I didn't read much...
Studio: i like the set up of this page, but 'studio' is confusing - it's a portfolio, right?

great site overall, like the style and everything, but work on navigation.
