i got an old Playstation1 friend for free and i have like 150 burnt games.
is there any sort of "mod chip" that doesnt involve opening it up and soldering it?

we used to use the old GameWizard (i think that was the one) and start the game up with a regular disk and then after the first spin, take it out and put in the new game. the thing is, you have to prop it with a toothpick or something to trick it into thinking that it is closed.
it isnt quite as complicated as i make it sound. it is pretty easy if you get the Game Wizard for PS1.

yeah they make some that plug into the rear ports... but you have to have the right version of the playstation to do it...

a friend had one of those, and also some gadget for the Nintendo 64 or Super Nintendo.
Maybe called SuperFamicon?
