For those who remember, I used to run a little site called Sense Objects. It was a submission based site for those who wanted to promote their work. Well I am getting of my lazy ass and starting it up again. The site, which is still a work in progress, explains in further detail.
1. Please give me some feedback on the layout and design. The gallery (fruit) is missing for now due to the lack of work in hand.
2. Tell me if you are interested in submitting creative work. There is no prize. But you never know who is watching and looking at your work. Just me using my web space to display your work. I will set up the submit link soon.

Love it.
Simple, clear...great choice of colours. Maybe fine tune the typography (in the ground section). Is there a need for the white box? Type seems a little close to the left hand edge. Point size smaller?
I'm not a fan of the drop shadow along the top and left and sides...it seems to muddy the orange. I'd prefer flat colour. The more 'neutral' the container the better showcase it will be for the submissions. Last point, lose the dots? White backgroundd with grey dots?

They type is a bit large. Only did that because it gets that crappy edge in Flash when taken down. Might try a point or two. The drop shadow was a last minute addition and I am considering taking it out. A bit heavy and doesn't fit too well. Want to keep it light and clean.
And you can def. submit. I will let you know when I am taking work when I get to that point.

I like everything, including colors, but for useability i wouldnt want to go to the site for long or often because the colors hurt my eyes.

they are kind of 80's bright. But I am hooked on that bright green.
Probably wouldn't want to surf it at 6:00 P.M. after a long day of eye straining vector drawing.
Anyone with something they would like to submit?

dude, you sound like your begging...
why don't you just start it off, by posting your own work. or better yet, ask some of your co-workes to post, just to get the ball rolling.
