I think the Cuban Council office is a more far reaching concept. It's actually funny and light. The Kuban Empire just seems obtuse. I suppose I just don't get it.

perhaps the only similarity is their name. allbeit spelled differently. Kuban Empire is an Australian Company.
They have nothing to do with k10k and the cuban council or surf station.
