that's a tough one, he was crying and everything. Not so sure about all this yet, I will give him props from being from PA though hee hee!

If it is all true ... then he will be crucified ... and rightly so.
If it was a scam with him as the victim, then he will emerge as the wayward husband trying to get justice.
Either way it was an ignorant thing to do to his family.

im sure at some point he will praise god that this is all over however it is indeed the same god that he insulted.

It's sad in this country that athletes are treated like gods and real public servants like teachers get little recognition or reward. Athletes are held to a different standard, which creates this alternative reality for them.
Not too long ago Steve McNair, QB for Titans, was arrested for drunk driving and everyone was all over the cops...like, how could they arrest Steve McNair and put the Titans in jeapardy! But then it leaked out that not only was he wasted but also had a prostitute in the car...the police were kind enough to leave that out...but its gross. He's married with a kid...not to mention that tons of boys (and men alike) look up to him.

"What BS,..so a broad says no half way through, but yet does not physically resist , It's still considered rape? "
Unbelievable. I cannot get over the mentality of some people.
First off, when an individual says 'no' that should be it. They've made their intentions clear.
Second, if it comes to an individual needing to physically resist then yes, it is rape.
I am absolutely dumbfounded by Rummy's comment.

No stop it
*giggles*
Stop, no more
*giggles some more*
Women say no all the time, it doesn't really mean "no". You get what i'm saying?
You must not get out much.

its true. thats exactly what i thought rummy.
i knew a girl who was raped.. she drew blood and had skin under her fingernails after that fight. no girl is strong enough to fight off a guy like that... but you can make a noticabledent in him if you tried.
no way a guy would get away with that with me without walking away with some serious woundages.

Some info leaked out that the girl had Vaginal tears and clothing ripped, and that's why the DA went ahead with the charges. That still doesn't prove jack. Kobe could just be very well endowed, or she was not lubricated properly before the act. Or they just had rough sex.
It's a classic he said/she said. Very difficult to prove in a court of law.
Kobe will walk.
- shellie0
well if thats the case.. it looks more shady than i first thought for kobe.

ohhhh man
the classic no lube card

kobe wasn't usin' his marbles that nite. the 19yo he messed with was so whack.
http://www.koolpages.com/kobe8br… peep his wife. kobe was trippin. big time.
all it took was a no and a shove or two and that gave the girl her case. some guys get caught up in the moment. its unfortunate. my cousin is in law enforcement and says he sees shit like this alot. from both angles: 1. girl says she was raped=true 2. girl says she was raped=false. he says either way, the guy is always going to end up screwed.
i can't back kobe up on this one. for real, he fucked up. should have just gone home and got some nice latin/filipino ass. not too bright on his part.
