I am looking for a new cell phone with a full color screen, polyphonic ring tones, etc. But don't want to break the bank.

I just got the new Nokia 3650 with t-mobile and its probably the best phone out there. It has poly midi ringtones, takes decent photos, has every bell and whistle in it as far as the phone goes. More importantly its Bluetooth and (if you have a mac this is SUPER easy) will allow you to sync the phone with your address book and calendar with out plugging it in. t-mobile also has a deal with amazon that you can get the phone for free with 2 different rebates going on right now. I would also spring for the $9.99 unlimited data plan. I liked it so much, the wife also has her own.
