anyone know where I can get blank skate decks in new york city?

for art purposes? Or for skate purposes? If it's just to paint/draw on them, buy a cheapie one at a department store and sand off the graphics.... if it's for skating, then some skate shops should sell blanks. the ones around here do.

I want it for skating and to screen artwork onto. I would like to find a shop in NYC so that I can check out the surfaces, shapes and concaves before I buy them.

i've seen sum pretty cheap blank decks on ebay but i dont know bout the quality. Anyone else know??
