Don't want to dis him, coz it's an alright site... but I wouldn't say it's a new concept... its more akin to VideoCD where you're just jumping to different bits of of a video stream.
The trouble is that products such as Flash mean that you're not operating on a 'dumb' terminal... i.e he could bascailly show this off better as a dvd.

he is VERY good.. all you hata's out there are just pissed cause you can't pull it off with as much style and grace as he does.
man, you people sometimes just want to be grumpy or something.. lighten up... the dude does great work and is not an egomaniac or anything.. he's just selling himself.
man, designers suck sometimes. Oh, and does the music NEED to sound like 2a in order to "fit"?? man...

The guys site is top notch, but I agree a little on the slow side, even on our T1 here at work.

billybussey.com used to have a good BBS system on the site... it was a great place to learn and react to other work. Reminded me of ultrashock but with a little less "in your face" mentality.
This guy has been around for a while and now goes in a different direction.. so be it i guess...
His work was featured on his old site... some more is coming i guess on his new one.

yep im running about as high a spec pc ie 6 etc etc as you can get and it was jerky on mine...
didnt even bother showing other designers who are on macs, they'd never watch it

took HELLA long to load., that being said, its still a hot ass site.
i do feel like he was ego trippin a bit, but shit, he works on his own doing his own thing, so he bigs up himself.
although the "three dimensional web" he "envisions" takes too long to load for me. good shit if you are patient and can get through the intro (had to refresh the page 11 times before it worked...computer froze 3 of those times).
