since it is unopened i would trust it is not damaged. then just pay with paypal and buy the 3$ bidders insurance, that way if the seller craps out you get your money back.

never knew about that 3$ thing. paypal or ebay offers that? how do they get you your money back?

actrually i just went on paypal and could not locate it, i know i have seen it on there during the paym,ent process. maybe they removed it.
