Waited one minute, still no flash -- just a white blank in the popup. A preloader would be nice if this is a huge file size.

I got your back, baby. Check your paths in your object parameters - it's looking for the file one level too low. The path in the embed tag is correct.

check your embed and object tags. You need to add the swf folder to your param name=movie
