Get the new release of the Google Toolbar... its great itself, but now comes with popup blocker... and its nice.

Full o spyware.... I know that if you use "spybot search n destroy" it destroys the google toolbar

yeah but they explain how it works, and you can choose to opt out of that feature... at least with version 1.0 you could.

not a whole bunch, but yeah it adds shit.. i believe adaware and spybot gets rid of them.

I have the 1st version of Google Tool bar on my machine since one year, I really really like it. I use it everyday to search stuff.
I also scan my machine often with Adaware and google-tooolbar do not install any spyware on your machine. its clean.
i wont install this new version with the popup blocker because i already have Pop-up stopper and it works 5/5.
I think everyone should install google tool bar, you can drag it beside your adress bar in Internet explorer then lock the bars (explorer 6 on windows) and its usefull as hell.

I think everyone should get a mac so they can use safari and get the google search without downloading anything extra.

i prefer paying 2000$ bucks for a full equiped PC and change it every 2 years than buying a 4500$ bucks Mac and be broke for 4 years

if you spend all your money on computers then you'Re lucky.
my budget for computer is 2000$ every two year. So i change my PC every two year.
I love Mac, dont get me wrong, i really like MacIntosh, i use to learn everything on a Mac at school and my 1st job were on Macs, i lime them a lot but damn its too much money ! A really good Mac in canadian dolars can easily cost 5000$ and a really boosted full stereoided PC with all the last features can cost only 3000$ (always canadian dollars here)

I just discovered a Google toolbar clone for Firebird. *joy*
Firebird has integrated pop up blocking to boot.I've missed you Google toolbar, please don't ever leave me again.
For what it's worth, when I was using IE I never had any issues with the toolbar and AdAware/Spybot. Just choose the one without the page rank (etc.) features. Besides, who uses that crap anyway?

i have google toolbar version one, the trick is to not install it with advanced features.
I use it every day. great tool and i have no spyware. dunno about the new one, im happy with the old
