    I had an odd billing snafu that I still dont understand but two days ago I dealt with it and was told that I could access email (my acct. was deactivated) and then couldn't. Spoke to someone else who said I had to wait 48 hours. 48 hours?? In the meantime, anyone who emails me at my earthlink address gets it returned. Is this crazy or what? I'm so mad...been a customer for like 5 years. bastaaaads.
