ZANKOU garlic sauce

for those of you that live in la, are you aware of this super food called zankou garlic sauce?
you can buy it in a tub and spread it on literally anything and it will taste divine.
eat enough, and the following day the scent of garlicky is wafting thru your pores.
i am going to la tomorrow and that is one of my major destinations.

Zankou is my shit. My studio is just a few blocks away from the one on sunset. I go there at least once a week for the shwerma chicken plate! yum!

I went on a trip with my uncles and one of them got some horseradish from northern wisconsin that you should put on with a toothpick. it is incredible. If you had a stuffed up head you could cure it with this stuff.
