CD label dimension

hmm ,
I need to make 5 cd label , googles turn in some shitty results for my searchs , anyone can give me a template or know a good simple program i can use to put my Illutrator or Photoshop design in a cd label format ( cd label , not cd case cover ) thanks !

in reality , what i need to know is how large is the cd , i saw 116mm on google , and what is the dimension of the center too , i read 46mm , so all i do is make a 116x116 square , do my design in there , but leave a 46mm space in the middle ... right ?

cant i just print a 120mmx 120mm square design , and it will cutout on the design ? or do i actualy have to make all those circular dimensions...
