Is it really that worth it to your friend to start paying overhead?
Is he running a company or just freelancing?

tried that :)
nothing good so far. hoping to find more of a creative space then a normal office for rent.

tell him to go down to like the "artsy" type community and find some kids willing to share their studio space. if he finds a cool warehouse he can build himself sumthun cool to work in. maybe a treehouse! that would be badass. one day when im the boss im going to build me a treehouse in the middle of my office.

shellie, i tried finding you a picture online but i could not... the childrens museum in my home town had a HUGEEEEEEEEEEEE fake tree with all kinds of treehouses in it, even a room inside the trunk. it was SO cool. all inside a huge fake forest inside the building.

i live at the south side on lamar building. a lot of artist, photographers and designers have studios there. My neighbor runs a hair salon out of his loft.
