all region dvd is what the TF DVD
is.you need to have it professinally mastered (as I did) to insure 100% playability and even then certain dvd players are just wacky. like the PS2 DVD player is one i know that scrambles.
but almost every other one works perfectly.
are you burning them yourself ?
