Not really a chase but there's this short film called Rendezvous where someone strapped a camera to the front of his Ferrari and drove like a man possessed through the early morning streets of Paris. It was shot without permission, in one single shot and on the fly. I've seen it several times and it's so totally incredible. Every other car scene is worthless after it.
