anyone know the AS they used to made the links bounce around and stick like that to your cursor? I understand how it is working but don't know how I would AS it.

there are many ways to AS that action. Look for elasticity and inertia movement scripts. Try Flashkit or Actionscript .org for some tuts or FLA's.
If you have no luck, holla. I got some FLA's I can pass along that function in similar ways.
