Two months ago I decided to move one of my client's site to them. I since upgraded twice the plan just to have the features that, after reading their plans, I considered included.
Anyway I'm still having serious problems with them. Can you suggest any good Windows webhosting in the U.K.?

I'm having SERIOUS problems with Fasthosts.
The access to the site is fast via browser but today I couldn't even login properly via FTP.
Cheap but ultimately useless.
Are Fasthosts well known for not being particularly good?

After spending two days sending them e-mails about the fact that I could not access the site using FrontPage or FTP after a dozen of stupid replies they decided to forwrad to "second line support team for investigation" . We are on the third day now and still cannot access the site.
Oh and the hosting plan I use is the most expensive one.

I had the misfortune of being a fasthost resellers customer a while ago and had nothing but grief from them and the reseller...bastards!
The only thing I ever use fasthosts for is reg domain names through UKREG
hosting - not had a problem yet with www.cfnetworks.com good support when requested and affordable.
