I'm looking for an online community program that allows user hosting. Similar to these.

The only problem is I'd would like to have a template they can insert there images into/ add text etc. Maybe a user profile also. It has to be accessible for people who have min computer knowledge. It is going to be a non-profit local artist gallery.
Lets just say I have some community hours that have to be completed, and this is my way out.
Please help me out. If it is feasible to create by myself could you shoot me off to some tutorials, I have no idea where to start. Thanx
