i'm looking for a p-shop plugin that creates a 'degenerated' look to images. kinda like a corrupted jpeg or something, but with adjustment sliders etc. is anything like this available? the only thing i've seen that's close is a program called 'arc' from http://meta.am, but i don't think you can export or save from it.

could you send that address again..? you could have a look at badtv from tinderbox.. its an after effects plugin..
