look at the top of her head. you can see where someone did a lousy job of cutting it out of another photo. also around the head there are no loose/stray strands of hair.
look at the harsh contrast in color right below her throat and right above her cleavage. there is no obvious light source that would cause that in the photo.
and, if that's not enough, look how completely fucked up the photo looks as a whole. man, her head looks so out of place on that butch bitch's body! sheesh
