does anyone here know how to customize shortcut keys to launch apps in os x?

right. but it doesn't allow me to create a chsortcut key. only access the ones Apple defaults with. How do I say I want PS to launch when I hit Ctrl+fnct+f6 or what not.

there are programs to do it, but os X will not do it on its own...
search versiontracker for something...
quick keys or something like that...
