I reduced my brain-washing dose to sth like an hour a week, and I'm kinda proud of myself.
how much do you watch?

i constantly have a movie going in the background. is that still brainwashing? it's on the tv, but it's a *movie*

I work with TV. I'm surrounded by six of em. I design for idTV so I also have every channel for every platform. The biggest decision I have to make each day is which one to plug my headphones into.
At the moment I'm watching Charlies Angels on Channel5, gutted that Starsky & Hutch ended last week!

geek me up tv.

I don't watch TV, it has been broke for the past 2 years.. I feel out of the loop cause everyone talks about their damn TV shows at work.
- stewart0
quamb, i think that you're living in a more sophisticated part of Australia.
- quamb0
eh?

it's annoying as hell when my friends are talking bout some stupid shows all the time.
Well that's a price I'm prepared to pay ...
- smartK0
don't wanna sound like your primary school teacher, but a good book does give you so much more than a tv show ...
well I guess I do sound like him.

No TV. But when I pop by my friends place he always has it on. You get a very clear picture of what it's all about when you can watch it from a distance.
If I had it my way, I'd watch program free TV, all commercials all the time. Get all that brainwashing "programming" crap out of the way.
