shouldn't it be pretty simple to make dynamic meta -tags with i e php? or how does it work when search-engines search the web for new sites to register to their database?

dynamic meta tags are very simple with any scripting language.. their importance is lessening though since google doesn't pay any attention to them and some others are following suit.
