Ever tried to register a domain name for a company? I swear, everything has a : "we don't have any content, heck we don't even have any goal, but this as been reserved."

http://sovian.com was the only .com name I could really find (although I didn't look that hard) that was free and didn't have the word homo in it and didn't sound *that* bad.

The whole buying of domain names and then selling it at a higher price is an entire industry on it's on. That's how some people make their living.
Why does it have to be a .com?
Because it's the most popular and easily recognizable domain ending.
But if you do buy a .com for your company, consider buying the .net as well.
