how much faster does "duel" make it?
let's imagine for example:
2GHz processor vs. "duel"2GHz processor???what's the difference...
or how about:
1.6GHz processor vs. "duel"1.42GHz

what you've probably never been told before is that mHz means next to nothing. as it turns out, diversity in the market is a good thing (who'da thought?), and certain platforms excell at certain things.
if you have a dual xeon system, sweet you'll have fun either setting up a server or doing 3d work. dual g5? nice, photoshop might do that one blur faster than ever. dual athlon? your OS will run faster than ever, you'll play a lot of kick ass games, you can run a server, do some pretty intense 3d work, and gennerally be at a middle-high road for everything else you could want to do.
