Folks, my boss is looking to "optimize" our site. the thing is our site is being built and is still hosted with a 3rd party company. meaning we don't have access to anything without going through them. also i think that most optimization sites find and fix code. the 3rd party site may not like that. Anyone have any ideas or know of company's that promote and optimize your site that limit themselves from modifiying your code or anything or servers that aren't yours?
does this make sense? any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Optimizing the code is the #1 thing that you need to do. That includes using CSS, and H1 tags for titles, ALT tags, TITLE tags, and editing content to include (but not over use) keywords.
