I'm developping a new website and I would like to plot all the pages of the site and its components in a way that I can see their relationship at a glance and also make notes on them before actually building them out.
Which is your favorite tool for this type of thing?

pencil and paper...im not trying to be an ass...there is a program called inspiration...not as useful as the trusty sketchpad...there is another app for osx that is supposed to be pretty good...but ive never used it...i usually just draw it out then make an illustrator version if i need it to be pretty

Microsoft Visio is good for flow chart diagrams. Easy to use.
